I think pet loss is one of the hardest things we have to face in life. The love bestowed by our animal companions to us is something not experienced in any other form. As a friend of mine said after finding the loss of his dog effected him more than he expected, “his love was always constant and unconditional. He accepted me no matter what. I guess that’s what I miss the most.”
As a pet sitter, loss is something that comes with the territory. We work with pets in all stages of life. That includes sometimes walking through their end of life process. We understand how hard the loss of a loved one is to handle. Because of this, we wanted to offer a place where grief would be okay to share (with none of the crazy non-pet people sayings to be heard). Join us as we remember all the loved ones who made our lives more whole while they were here.
